eBook Info and Help
Before you purchase
An eBook purchased from Stage Door Books is a DRM-free EPUB 3 file that you download and transfer to your e-reader. It is not a download that magically appears on your device.
The benefit is that you can read the book on any supported device (you are not locked in). The tradeoff is you need to manually sideload the book onto your device.
For Apple Books on an Apple device, this can be as simple as clicking/touching the file. For Kobo, you can drag and drop the file. On Kindle, you either upload the file using the Amazon page below, or you e-mail the file to your Kindle device’s e-mail address. Regardless, you have to manually sideload the content.
If you're unsure what this means or if this sounds stressful, please purchase directly from your preferred eBook reseller. We are unable to provide technical support.
